We've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions and added some more that we think will provide you with useful information when you are planning your next holiday. When will I receive my flight tickets and what are the delivery options?

Tickets are normally issused approximately 14 days prior to departure by the Airline/Tour Operator, we will normally forward these tickets to you 7-10 days prior to departure.
The majority of tickets are E-tickets which will be forwarded to you by email to the address given at time of booking. Tickets can also be posted or collected at our office on 11 Vernon Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin 3 if required. 

What flight suppliers do you use?

We have a large range of scheduled, charter and no frills flight operators who provide us with our flights. By not tying ourselves in with a single supplier, we ar ebale to offer you the best possible prices ans tomix and match the flights to find you the best deal. 

Do your flights include baggage?

All Airlines will have different policies on whether baggage is included in the price of the ticket or at additional charge. If hold baggage is included, this will  be indicated during the booking process.
Where no hold baggage is included and the airline/tour operator has provided us with the facility to pay additional supplements for same, you will be provided with that option during the booking process.

Do i need to reconfirm flights?

There is no need to reconfirm your flights before deaprting from Ireland though we do reccommend that you reconfirm any onward or return flights with the airline you are travelling with locally at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Can I reserve a particular seat?

If your chosen airline offers this facility, it will be offered to you at the time of booking.


How early do I need to check in for my flight?

How early you need to check-in varies by airline, departure date airport and destination. However, the following are general guidelines if you're checking in baggage:

International Flights: Check in at least 3 hours before departure.
European Flights: Check in at least 2 hours before departure.
Domestic Flights: Check in at least 90 minutes before departure.


WIll I have to pay for meals?

It depends on the airline you're flying with, the class you're travelling in, the destination and a number of factors. 


Charter & Low Cost Carriers

If meals are not included, they can generally be pre-booked at an extra cost at the time of booking. If this is the case,
you will be given the option to pre-book meals during the booking process. Most airlines sell light refreshments and 
snacks onboard during the flight. Drinks are almost always chargeable on charter and low cost carriers.


Scheduled Airlines

Depending on the route and duration of the flights, anything from a sandwhich to hot meals may be provided.
On most airlines, particulary when flying to long haul destinations, there is no additional charge for this service. 
Drinks (tea, coffee, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages) are normally available on a complimentary basis although soem airlines charge on certain routes.

In what time zone are the times listed on my Itinerary?

All departure and arrival times on your itinerary are in the local time zone of the particular departing airport and arriving airport.

Can I add my frequent flyer membership to my booking?

If you have frequent flyer membership, please contact us and we will add the details to your booking. We are unable to exchange frequent flyer points/miles for new fligts. 
Also, please be advised that not all flights are eligible to accumulate frequent flyer points.
